We know the truth, the whole truth and ... the bit of the truth we're ready to accept. At Divine Flourishing, we say everyone should have dedicated listening for at least an hour every month; someone to whom they can be accountable, someone who will hold their whole story confidentially and professionally. For some people, that will be a counsellor. For others, a coach. A spiritual director holds a unique lens, seeking individual flourishing and health beyond the "everydayness" of life.
